  • With 3 sets vibration plate, the vibration is stable, which can make the pill one by one moving, especially the irregular piece, run smoothly and avoid miscounting

  • Dust collection design is adopted. Dust dropping holes on the vibration plate and collected in the recovery trough to be removed by a vacuum cleaner. In addition, in sensor counting box,dust removal can be achieved by setting blowing interval time according to the density of dust through the special automatic blowing and dust removal function of the machine. According to the number of dust sensors automatically fill the light. Dust excessive self-cleaning, to ensure the accuracy of the number of particles. There is no need to clear the sensor window in the operation of the equipment, and there is no need to stop the equipment from time to time. Pill door has dust-proof function to avoid dust entering cylinder

  • The double cylinder are used to control the feeding, filling and releasing of bottles
