Description:
DPP series blister packaging machine implements aluminum-plastic sealed packaging, which can extend the retention period., beautify the goods, and reduce packaging costs. Functions:
1. Digital control for stroke, easy to switch the specification.
2. The feeding area is separated independently, compared with other functional areas. Its length is about 1.6m and there is no heating source impacting the medicine in this area. It also has independent supporting platform, easy for operator cleaning machine and placing product.
3. The structure design of this machine meets with the requirements of GMP & CGMP standard and human engineering design principle. It adopts advanced intelligent drive and control technique. All the parts contacting with medicine adopt SUS316 stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance.

7. Positive pressure air molding plus the configuration of mechanical punches can ensure that the blister molding is uniform. The machine is suitable for the packaging of larger sizes or special shapes such as large honey pills and medical machinery; Equipped with a special automatic feeder, it can adapt to the packaging of injection, vials etc.
