Main Features
		Ø Using sensor detection to drive labeling,and the labeling position can be adjusted arbitrarily.    Ø it has the advantages of accurate sticking standard and high precision with servo motor. Ø The sensitivity of label sensor can be adjusted to suit various kinds of labels with different transmittance. Ø Speed control for the conveyor and bottle feeding wheel to control the distance of the coming bottles increasing the precision of labeling.
Ø has the function of pre-discharge and label warning. With label automatic detection function, the number of labels can be monitored. It can be set on screen according to production requirements and display the remaining number of labels. Ø With automatic control detection system, automatic stop machine with no label, bottle accumulation
		Ø using sensor control to drive labeling, labeling process is stable and reliable, labeling position can be arbitrarily adjusted. Ø The sensitivity of label electro-eye is adjustable. Ø Bidding length, time, printing time, conveyor belt speed, labeling speed can be adjusted on the screen device.
		Ø Hot code stamp printing is controlled by photoelectric sensor to ensure correct printing and clear and beautiful typeface Ø The pin size and font style are the same as the sample provided by the user. Ø stable running speed of labeling machine is more than 80 bottles per minute, calculated according to 125mm Length label. Ø Only suitable for round bottles with one sticker. For other shape like square,oval,flat with 2 labels need other sytle labeling machine
