Ø According to the size of the cap, the diameter of the bottle and the height of the bottle body, it can be adjusted arbitrarily within the adjustable range of the capping machine without replacing the corresponding die and capping wheel. Each wheel is equipped with digital display, and the adjustment is clear and convenient.

Ø It can be used for round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles. Standard equipment is suitable for capΦ15mm-Φ65mm, cap height 8mm-30mm. Production capacity and capping speed can be adjusted in the range of 10-120 bottles per minute. When capping is rotated, the cap will not slip or break, and the bottle body will not pull down. Over 99.9% accuracy.                         

Ø suitable for children's protection cap (safety cap). The stable running speed of the equipment is ≥ 60 bottles per minute.
